2- You cannot obtain the second piece of the same product.

3- First, choose the collar size that corresponds to your collar size.

5- Place your order by entering the right shipping address where you want the item delivered.

6- Please include the nearest land mark to your shipment address; orders with incomplete addresses will be rejected.

7- Our agent will call to confirm the order.

8- Postage will be free, but you will be responsible for your own shipping costs if you cancel your order.

9- After confirmation, the order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
